You may cancel any Reservation for an Event at any time by logging into your Pet Parent (Gingr) Account.
To cancel a Annual/Monthly Membership, you must contact Anytime Puppy Playground directly, using the below form at least 2-business days prior to the end of the current billing cycle. These cancellations need to be manually canceled by a staff member. Membership cancelations go into effect immediately unless you request a future date, and there will be no prorated refunds.
If you wish to restart a Membership, you will be subject to a $35.00 re-enrollment fee.
Failure to abide by any of these Rules or Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension and/or termination of your Membership. You will get a communication notification with a 7-day Playground suspension on your first infraction. You will get another communication notification with a 30-day Playground suspension on your second infraction. On your third infraction, your Membership to the facility will be terminated. If termination occurs, there will be no refunds.
