Memberships will be available as Day Pass, Monthly, or Annually. All memberships or day passes are purchased online.

If you are an active member of the military, a K9 owner, or have participated in dog training, you may be entitled to a discount. Reach out to us prior to a purchase.

** Note: After your Day Pass or Membership purchase, allow up to 24-hours for your Profile Account to become active. We will review your account, verify the medical records are current and up-to-date, & then send the door access instructions.

Bath Station

The Bath Station can be added on to a Single Day Pass for $15.

Create a Pet Parent & Dog Profile
Create a Pet Parent Profile for yourself and Dog(s) Profile. This is where you'll need to upload medical, training, and/or proof of military documents for verification.

​Pet Health: Dogs must have documented and up-to-date proof of the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (canine cough),  and a negative fecal. Dogs must be on a regular flea and tick and heart worm preventative. We also highly recommend getting a Lepto vaccine and an Influenza shot are optional but highly recommended. But of course make sure to ask your Vet. Male dogs that are 1-year or older must be neutered. No female dog(s) in heat are allowed.

Entrance

Each paid Member will download the Kisi Door App onto their smart phone or watch to access the facility. If you do not have a smart phone or watch, you may purchase a badge card that will store your unique code.

It's Now Playtime!!
No Toys Allowed in The Playground: Just because Fido loves toys doesn’t mean all dogs do. Resource guarding can occur, and thus, we do not allow any toys of any kind in The Playground. This means no balls, frisbees, stuffies, ropes, etc. Dogs must remain off-leash at all times while in The Playground.

No food Allowed in The Playground: This means no human-grade, pet-grade, training treats, snacks, etc. Food may be brought into the facility and consumed in the designated area only.

Pet Socialization: Dogs must be social, friendly, and enjoy being around other dogs. Dogs must not be aggressive and not exhibit signs of prey drive or have resource guarding issues. Redirect any excessive "humping".

Self-Cleaning

We are a self-use, self-cleaning facility. That means, you will need to pick up after yourself and Duke before you leave. Bags, receptacles, cleaners and wipes are available throughout in The Playground.

This also includes the Bath Station. Members are to bring their own shampoo, conditioner, grooming tools, and towels. If you forget shampoo and conditioner or towels, there are some to purchase in the cash vending machine.

​Each day/night staff will deep clean and sanitize The Playground and Bath Station.
