PROFILE SETUP & INSTRUCTIONS
The Customer Portal can be accessed by going to https://anytimepuppyplay.portal.gingrapp.com. Register as a new customer by using the "Sign Up" button or use an existing email address or phone number that's already on file within Gingr, if another Facility uses the app.

Download the "Gingr for Pet Parents" app from the Apple App or Google Play store, enter the "Unique Invite Code" provided by Anytime Puppy PlaygroundTM, and then tap "Continue". If you are a client with access to the customer portal at more than one pet-care facility, you have the ability to use the mobile app for each one as long as you have the unique invite code from each business.
Click "Add a Facility" and select "Anytime Puppy Playground"

After the invite code has been entered successfully, you will be immediately taken to the portal's login page or you can create an account by choosing the "Sign Up" button.
On subsequent uses of the app, you'll tap on "Anytime Puppy Playground" and then enter your login credentials. If you go to other facilities that also use Gingr, you will see each one listed and can choose the applicable one as needed.

Vaccinations Required:
Bordatella, Rabies, DDP, and a Negative Fecal.
Influenza and Lepto are optional.
Step 1: Log into the customer portal for Anytime Puppy Playground. Navigate to the "Account" menu, or scroll down on the Home Page within the app and select the paw print "Account" button. Next, select the up-arrow cloud icon "Upload Records".
Step 2: On the "Upload Records" page, you can choose one of three options. Drag & Drop the PDF/image onto the up-arrow cloud icon, Click/Tap on the up-arrow cloud icon and manually select your computer file, or send an email to [email protected]

After you log into the Pet Portal, you'll fill out and complete the following information:
- Full First Name
- Full Last Name
- Address of the Primary Pet Parent
- Mobile Phone Number (This number will receive texts from Anytime Puppy Playground)
- Home Phone (optional)
- Email Address (This will be the email used to log into Gingr, view your account details, make reservations, etc.)
- Additional Contact (This is information about a Secondary Person on the same Account profile. The phone number will not receive texts, but the email address will get email notifications)
- Create a Password
- View, Read, & Sign all 3 Legal Agreements
- Upload Vet Medical Records
- Upload Training Certificates (optional)
- Upload Military proof (optional)
- Credit Card Information (This will be stored as the card on file)
- Sign

After you complete the Pet Owner Profile, you'll fill out and complete the following information for each dog you plan to bring into The Playground:
- Full First Name
- Breed
- Color/Markings
- Sex (M/F)
- Altered (Yes/No)
- Weight
- DOB
- Upload a current photo of your dog
- Select your Veterinarian Clinic (or add if you don't find it in the picklist) - This will be used to verify the medical records
- Repeat if you need to add a second, third, or fourth Dog.

- Choose the "Subscription Level” (Monthly or Annually, and how many dogs).
- Add the Membership to the Cart.
- Click the "Subscribe" button.
- Your credit card on file will be charged.
- After your purchase, please allow up to 1-business day for the KISI instructions to be sent via email.

- On the next screen, the "Location" will default to Anytime Puppy Playground-Apple Valley.
- Select "Passes and Events".
- Select "Dog Single Day Pass"
- A calendar will appear on the next screen, select the "Date" you are planning to use your Single Day Pass. TIP: make a Day Pass purchase early in the morning to come later that day and into the evening. To get the biggest bang for the $10, select a future date to utilize the full 24-hours.
- While you will need to select a "Drop Off" and "Pick Up" times, it can be any time in a single day. Then Day Pass will expire at midnight on the date of your choosing. TIP: select any times. The Day Pass is valid for 24-hours, based on the date of your choosing.
- Click the "Services" button.
- Skip "Lodging Together”. TIP: This is a system generated field that cannot be removed.
- "Notes" are not necessary.
- Click "Review".
- Your credit card on file will be charged or you can add the information on this step.
- Check the box for "I Agree"
- "Submit Request".
- Your Reservation for a Single Day Pass will automatically come to us for review.
- Once approved, check your email for the KISI instructions. After setup, your door access will be granted and you'll be able to come to The Playground on your designated day. Access will start at midnight and expire at 11:59pm. TIP: We suggest to not pick the same date you set up your Profiles, but a future date. Also, allow at least 1-business day for the KISI instructions to be sent via email.
NOTE: After purchase, the order will have a 100% hold until the Reservation is accepted and then will charge the card.
CAMERA ACCESS: There is a $2.00 optional upgrade charge to view the camera in The Playground.

Who Can Rent the Facility: A Member who is in good-standing (meaning a person with a Pet Parent Profile, a Dog Profile, and has cleared the medical requirements). All dogs being brought into the Small Room, the 1/2 Facility, or Full Facility are the responsibility of the Member.
Rules: The same RULES apply to all dogs and owners while at Anytime Puppy Playground, no matter which portion of the facility is being rented. However, dogs invited by the Member for a Private Event may not to be up-to-date on shots/vaccines, nor spayed/neutered. Anytime Puppy Playground does not take the responsibility to verify the Guest Dogs' medical records. Guest Dogs must not leave their designated rented area.
*NOTE: for rentals, the Member may bring in toys/treats for themselves and their Guest Dogs.

ALL MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERS

- A calendar will appear on the next screen, select the "Date" you are planning to use your Weather Day Pass.
- Please select the actual "Drop Off" time when you plan to arrive to The Playground and "Pick Up" for approximately when you'll leave. Reminder to limit your time to 60-90 minutes.
- Click the "Services" button.
- Skip "Lodging Together”. TIP: This is a system generated field that cannot be removed.
- "Notes" are not necessary.
- Click "Review".
- Check the box for "I Agree"
- "Submit Request".
- All Weather Reservations will automatically come to us for review. We will be approving reservations in order of: Annual Monthly > Monthly Members > Single Day Passes. This means that Day Passers may not be able to use their pass. We will try to make accommodations for the next available date.
- Once approved, we ask that you try to stick to the time slot you selected during booking. We also ask that you limit your time to 60-90 minutes so that the most amount of Members can use The Playground.
*NOTE: Watch Facebook, Instagram, and the website when “WEATHER RESERVATIONS” are needed.
HEAT RULE OF THUMB: if it’s going to be above 90+ (with or without humidity), more than likely we will set Weather Reservations.
COLD RULE OF THUMB: if it’s going to be 10 or below, more than likely we will set Weather Reservations.
RAIN RULE OF THUMB: if it’s going to rain at least 2-consecutive days, more than likely we will set Weather Reservations.

Gingr will send SMS from Anytime Puppy Playground: +1-833-657-7080
We'll be texting the Primary Pet Parent updates about The Playground, when we enable the Weather Reservation system, closures, etc. The Notification Center tells you important information at a quick glance from your Customer Portal 2.0 home screen. Information here can include things such as if you or your pet's profile is missing information, missing vaccines, and uncompleted Gingr PreCheck forms. The Notification Center will also give you quick access to Gingr PreCheck forms that were already filled out but may need to be modified prior to arrival. You can also select the "I'M HERE" button on the form upon arrival at a facility. |

You can click on notifications in the Notification Center and this will bring you to the associated page. Once all information is filled out that is associated with the notification, it will disappear from the Notification Center. Once your pet is checked into a facility, the Gingr PreCheck form notification will also disappear from the Notification Center.
