What if my dog isn’t very social?

That’s totally okay. We vet every pup and guide introductions gently. This is a safe space, not a free-for-all.

What if my dog has anxiety or a trauma background?

APP was created with dogs like yours in mind. We take special care, keep energy low, and provide quiet hours and gentle entry points.

Can I bring a new puppy?

Yes! Once they’ve completed basic vaccinations (usually around 4 months), they’re welcome to start their playground journey.

What about intact dogs? (Unfixed males/females)

For the safety of all members, we require male dogs to be neutered between 6-10 months. For larger breeds, we will work with individual pet parents. Females cannot be 'in heat' while at The Playground. Our priority is maintaining a safe, calm environment for every pup and parent.

Are there breed restrictions?

None. We don’t judge based on breed—we assess based on temperament and fit. Every dog deserves a chance.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

Nope. We offer flexible monthly options and a Playground Pass if you’re just exploring.

What’s included with a membership?

Unlimited access to the playground, first access to member events, special classes, resources, and more. You also get priority status as we grow.

What if I join and it’s not the right fit?

Just let us know. We’ll cancel your membership.

Is APP a dog boarding?

No. This is not boarding. It’s a self-serve, membership-based playground designed for you and your dog to enjoy together.

Do I drop my dog off?

Not for an overnight stay, however, we do offer short-term supervised options during the weekdays.

What if I work nights or weekends?

That’s exactly why we’re 24/7. Your life doesn’t run 9–5, and your pup shouldn’t be limited by it.

Is it supervised at all times?

The playground is monitored through camera systems and staff check-ins, but it’s designed for responsible, verified dog parents to use independently.

What makes APP different from other indoor dog parks?

Is there a community aspect? Or is it just a dog park?

There’s a whole community here. Themed events, training classes, and member meetups make APP as much for the hooman as the dog.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. We ask that all guests follow the rules and stay attentive to their pups. Guests can observe before registering their own dogs.

Can I bring more than one dog?

Yes! 1 human can bring up to 2 registered dogs. Each pup will go through the same verification process.

What if I only want to come occasionally?

Try a Playground Pass—no pressure, no strings. Come once, come back when it works. You’re always welcome.
