Now that I'm done practicing on dogs, I am opening it up to any Member Dog.
I'm doing it a bit differently than other places. Smaller dogs (typically under 30lbs) will be $10 and using the grinder; it's quicker.
For larger dogs (approx over 30lbs) will be $15 and using the clippers and grind. This will really depend on how thick the nails are.
Nail Trims can be added onto any Daycare Reservation when you book it or it can be added upon check-out. Campers and all other Members, just ask me. Like always, we take cash, Venmo, or I can run your card on file.

We have completed sealing the floor and have installed the new faucet in the Bath Station. The Playground is fully operational again!

The Dog Bath Station is temporarily closed. The faucet broken and a new one is on order but won't be here for at least a week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The toilet and sink are still operational.

It's that time of year when we start thinking about the coming cold and snowy months. That said, we will be sealing the floor over Labor Day Weekend (not this weekend, but next weekend)!
Please watch for the signage as to which gate or door to enter. The KISI-Key door (exterior) will still work while we close off half of the facility.

As the weather 🍂 changes into lower ⏬️ temperatures🌡️, there may be less Members coming into The Playground. That means, you may find yourself alone more (and longer) before another 🐾 furry friend arrives.
Reminder: you may play with ⚽️ balls and toys as long as you are the only member inside the facility. If there is more than 1️⃣ dog, you must always ask the pet parent for their permission to group play with balls and toys. We want to make sure that all dogs are set up for success and have a great experience while at The Playground. Some dogs (Elsie) do resource guard balls.

We are collecting school items for Shandy's mom and Daisy's mom to use in their classrooms. There will be a box inside the food area for the collection. Let's help Ang and Jess out!!

Mia's 10th (pseudo) birthday is this Friday and it'd be a lot of fun for Mia to play with some friends, so we'll be at the playground Saturday in hopes some of her favorite playmates are there, too!

This isn't an official party or event or anything - we'll just be at the playground and it'd be fun for her to have a playdate with some rowdy friends for her 10th birthday!

Starting Sat, Sept 5 we will be starting a new mini-program. These will be on the first Saturday of the month. As we narrow in on the needs of the members, the times may be adjusted.
These quick mini-training sessions will cover 1-2 topics and you can decide to attend or not. These are optional training sessions since there is a cost to each session.
We will be going over basic commands: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Tricks. Each month we will only practice 2 commands from the same category. As we finalize this program, I'll do another graphic of the commands that we will cover and approximately the dates for each.

Unfortunately we're going to have to reschedule. Early this morning Mia got a hold of quite a bit of chocolate and we're in the range where medical care is warranted. Hopefully we can reschedule for another day.
