How It Works
Health First, Tails Second
Before the fun begins, we take one important step: make sure every pup is healthy, safe, and cleared to play. It's part of what makes the Playground feel different—more calm, more trust, more care.
STEP 2 – Upload Required Vaccines
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations to keep all tails wagging and noses happy. When every dog is cleared, everyone can relax—no guessing, no stressing.
Required for approval:

1️⃣ Rabies (1, 2, or 3 year)

2️⃣ Bordetella (annually)

3️⃣ Distemper/Parvo (1, 2, or 3 year)

4️⃣ Negative fecal test (annually)

Step 3 - Profile Review
(This step may take 1-2 business days)
Our team will manually review your profile and vaccine records, then get the dates verified by your vet clinic.
This ensures a safe, balanced environment for every dog.

Step 4 - Schedule Meet-N-Sniff
Once your pup is vaccination-cleared, you’ll be able to schedule a free 30-minute Meet-N-Sniff—to sniff, play, and see if the vibe is right.
“Let’s get to know each other.”
During this free visit:

🤝 We’ll meet and evaluate your pup.

🐾 They’ll meet a few future furry friends.

🤔 And together, we’ll decide if this is the right fit.
You’ll learn how to use the app (Kisi-Key access), check dog body language, and know how to enter the space.

PRIOR to your scheduled Meet-N-Sniff, we ask that you view our YouTube Channel and watch the How It Works Tutorials. Instead of conducting physical tours, we will now be strictly focused on the evaluating your dog’s behavior, assessing you dog’s basic understanding of commands, and answering any questions the you may have after reviewing the video resources.

We do not conduct any tours outside of this step. Only Members and vax-vetted cleared dogs are allowed inside the The Playground. If you want to see the inside of the facility, navigate to the "Cameras & Photo" tab on this website.
Step 5 - Your 🔑 Kisi-Key
After you've scheduled your Meet-N-Sniff, you’ll receive an email with a link to download KISI, our secure door access app. You must download the app PRIOR to your scheduled Meet-N-Sniff.
This app becomes your digital key—unlocking The Playground 24/7, anytime your pup needs to play, stretch, or reset. Make sure to keep the app on your phone since this is the only way to enter the building whether on a 24-Hour Playground Pass, Canine Camp/Daycare, Training, Events, or Memberships.
Because dog parenting doesn’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule... and now, neither do we.
NOTE: Watch your email for the KISI-Key door instructions. ☑️ the spam folder, too. Your access will start 15-minutes prior at the time and date you selected. You do have to be within 3 feet of the door in order for access to work.
