How It Works
Health First, Tails Second
Before the fun begins, we take one important step: make sure every pup is healthy, safe, and cleared to play. It's part of what makes the Playground feel different—more calm, more trust, more care.
STEP 2 – Upload Required Vaccines
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations to keep all tails wagging and noses happy. When every dog is cleared, everyone can relax—no guessing, no stressing.
Required for approval:

1️⃣ Rabies (1, 2, or 3 year)

2️⃣ Bordetella (annually)

3️⃣ Distemper/Parvo (1, 2, or 3 year)

4️⃣ Negative fecal test (done annually)

NOTE: Please be advised that if you have already scheduled a Meet-N-Sniff session but have not yet uploaded the required proof of vaccinations, your appointment will be canceled. This measure ensures you can reschedule once all necessary documentation is available. Effective Feb 15, we will be implementing this change. You will be able to reschedule once all documentation showing all 3 vaccinations and the fecal results.

Step 3 - Profile Review
(This step may take 1-2 business days)
Our team will manually review your profile and vaccine records, then get the dates verified by your vet clinic.
This ensures a safe, balanced environment for every dog.

🐾 Support hours may vary. We are a small business with limited administrative capacity. As we do not have dedicated staff to monitor correspondence throughout the day, there may be a delay in our response. We have received your request and ask for your patience as we process it.
Step 4 - Schedule & Attend the Meet-N-Sniff
Once your pup is vaccination-cleared, you’ll be able to schedule a free 30-minute Meet-N-Sniff—to sniff, play, and see if the vibe is right.

During this free visit:

PRIOR to your scheduled Meet-N-Sniff, we ask that you view our YouTube Channel and watch the "How It Works" Tutorial Videos. We will be focused on the evaluating your dog’s behavior, assessing you dog’s basic understanding of commands, and answering any questions the you may have after reviewing the video resources.

Step 5 - 🔑 Kisi-Key & Purchases
After you've scheduled your Meet-N-Sniff, you’ll receive an email with a link to download KISI, our secure door access app. You must download the app PRIOR to your scheduled Meet-N-Sniff.
This app becomes your digital key—unlocking The Playground 24/7, anytime your pup needs to play, stretch, or reset. Make sure to keep the app on your phone since this is the only way to enter the building whether on a 24-Hour Playground Pass, Canine Camp/Daycare, Training, Events, or Memberships.
Because dog parenting doesn’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule... and now, neither do we.

Only after you have passed the evaluation are you able purchase for a 24-Hour Playground Pass, Traditional Daycare, and/or Monthly/Annual Memberships. You will get 3 texts from us detailing the steps on how make each purchase.
