Setting up FAQs
The first step to become a member is to Register in the booking software. You can follow this link to enter your email address: https://booking.goose.pet/anytime-puppy-playground/search/daycare/pets.(https://booking.goose.pet/anytime-puppy-playground/search/daycare/pets) Check your email for the 6-digit code. Then proceed entering in the rest of your (1) personal information, (2) dog info and upload vax records under each pet, (3) add a card on file, (4) accept the Terms & Conditions.

The number is an SMS TEXT ONLY number that works through our booking software. If you need to get a hold of us, TEXT or EMAIL is the best option. We are a small business and usually only 1 person is at the facility and thus, responses may be slow.
Usually after you register, it takes 1-2 business days, depending on when you submit the vax information. We verify by emailing or calling your vet clinic for them to confirm the 4 ends dates (rabies, distemper, bordetella and fecal). THEN watch your phone for a text message from us to schedule your Meet-N-Sniff and instructions. You'll want to save our SMS number: 952-395-5012 as most communications will come through that number.

Yes!! We rarely fully close, unless it's something out of our control. We use our moveable partitions to section off to deep clean, strip and seal the floor, or host private parties. Watch the door and gate for signage.

AFTER you have created your human and dog profiles and uploaded the dog's vaccination records, we will verify the end dates with your vet clinic >>> then watch your phone for a TEXT from us to schedule your Meet-N-Sniff.

(1) In the center of the screen, click the red “Search” button.
(2) Click the red “Schedule Meet-N-Sniff” button that appears in the first product box.
When the popup window appears, reselect (3) “Schedule Meet-N-Sniff"
(4) Select the “date” and “time”
(5) “Continue”
(6) “Agree & Continue”
Finally, click the (7) “Book Now” button
We do not accept same-day appointments; you need at least 1-day in the future. Alternatively, you can SMS TEXT ONLY (952-395-5012) or EMAIL (Hello@AnytimePuppyPlayground.com)((Hello@AnytimePuppyPlayground.com) us the date and time (between 9AM and 6PM) and we’ll get it scheduled for you.Then, watch your email for the KISI-Key door instructions. Check your jump/spam folder, too. Your door access will start 15 minutes before your selected time. Please download the KISI app prior to your arrival so we can troubleshoot if needed. Using the KISI-Key is the only way to get inside the facility.

After the Meet-N-Sniff, you'll receive a text from us informing you of a pass or fail.
The text will look like this:
[dog name] has cleared the Meet-N-Sniff. The next step whenever you are ready is to make a 24-Hour Playground Pass or Monthly/Annual purchase. After a purchase, please allow up to 1-day for the KISI-Key to reset the door. Thanks!
To Purchase a 24-Hour Playground Pass:
Log into the booking software: https://booking.goose.pet/anytime-puppy-playground/search/daycare/pets.(https://booking.goose.pet/anytime-puppy-playground/search/daycare/pets) On the screen click SEARCH. Scroll until you find "24-Hour Playground Pass." Choose a date & exact time you will use your Pass. Your KISI-Key door access starts at time you select & will expire 24-hours later.
To Purchase a Monthly or Annual Membership:
Monthly or Annual Memberships have to be purchased through us, for now. We'll need to know the following information: (1) If you want to purchase a a Monthly Membership or an Annual Membership and (2) what date you want your Membership to start (this can be a future date). Your credit card on file will be charged the first date of the membership.
