Some of you may have noticed a Monthly Challenge sign at the front entrance gate. As we gear up for the coming winter months, the busy time for us, we all need to work on a few things in prep for that.

Sept is getting a relaxed and settled dog through the gate. If your dog is calm, then the dogs greeting them also will be calm. If your dog comes in 'hot' then it makes all of The Playground dogs amped up.

There is a difference between excited energy (Bella) and nervous energy (Hugo). If you cannot get your dog to settle, think about using the white door and go through the small dog entrance and/or walk (the human leads the walk) your dog around on a leash (Elsie) to get them to settle a bit.
