We've had a lot of walk-ups to the exterior glass door lately. Please remember to not let anyone in on your KISI-Key badge. You don't know if they are a (new) active member, a canceled member (for a reason), or a terminated (by us) member.

Please direct them to the rack card holder to the right of the glass door.

Do let let people in who approach the door without a dog and ask to be let in. This is even a bigger liability issue since they didn't sign the waivers that are located inside the booking software and are not paying members. We want all members to be and feel safe.
